Job Re-Evaluation Request Process | Launched May 2023

Job evaluation is a process that measures the skill, effort, and responsibility, along with the working conditions associated with a job and from there establishes an appropriate rate of pay for the work.  The below process was created to assist USW Local 2010 Support Staff bargaining unit members understand the steps associated with an employee-request for a job re-evaluation.

For clarity, there is a separate process for manager-initiated re-evaluations.

On May 15, 2023, HR will post the Re-Evaluation Request Form on their “Unions and Associations” web site.

The Job Evaluation Project (JEP) concluded on November 5, 2021.  If you hold the same position as you did during the JEP, you can visit the HR JE web site on the HR Intranet and download your Appeal and/or Results documentation.
