Amended Pay Equity Plan
As Required by the “Pay Equity Act

In accordance with the Pay Equity Act of Ontario (the “Act”), outlined below is the Amended Pay Equity Plan (the “Plan”) for all United Steelworkers, Local 2010 (the “Union”) job classes employed by Queen’s University at Kingston (the “University”) under the Collective Agreement applicable to General Support Staff.

The Plan was executed and finalized between the Parties on November 5, 2021, and posted electronically in the workplace by the Employer on November 18, 2021.
