We are USW Local 2010 and we demand fair and equitable wages. Our members are essential to the success of Queen’s University, yet our wages fall behind rising costs, making it difficult to support our families and plan for the future.

Layoffs and understaffing have left many of us with unsustainable workloads and low morale.

Our commitment deserves respect. Queen’s works because we do. We’re united, we’re essential, and we deserve fair compensation.
